Hello everyone, can anyone relate to the worry cycle of very stupid triggers that is sometimes worse than others? For example, I'll send a friend on FB a message, they don't reply, I tell myself that if they don't, I will have anxiety, I do, and so on. Things like being home alone, things like thinking if you can't get a hold of someone, you will have anxiety, things like this, mostly over things you can't change, but you don't actually have a good reason to be anxious about them. I don't worry cause I think the person will get hurt or anything like that, I worry simply because I can't change it and I think I'll have anxiety because of it.

Also things like, I think of a movie, I can't get the movie on demand right when I want it, I'll think I'll have anxiety because of it. I think it is more of a fear of not having things on demand. Can anyone relate?
