Anxiety and fear

Hi I would like to introduce my self my name is Carlos and I been dealing with anxiety and depression for about 3 years ...every thing started one day when I woke up after a night of drinking with my heart pounding... I honestly tough I was going to die...something changed in my mind that day I became anxious ,fearful of every sensation in my body and since then I have been to the ER so many times that they even know me by name... all my test are normal but somehow every day is a struggle ......I became sensitive to cold weather and I deal with tension a lot .....but I believe that God gave me a second chance and I will make the most of it.....been watching Motivational videos on youtube and that has help me a lot ....anyways nice meeting u all

Hi Carlos, been there and done that. I told my wife no ER unless i pass out then she can call an ambulance. needtogetwell is right, go check out the stickie called Health Anxiety Exposed, its good
