My therapist is trying to rip me off

my therapist keeps telling me I should keep seeing him atleast once a month for 100 dollars each session, I feel like I dont need it anymore and I think he sucks as a therapist. He keeps trying to say my problems are just hiding right now and they can come out at anytime, I think hes just trying to pay the bills.

if you feel that your relationship with your counsellor is just not working for you then you might want to think about looking for someone new? if you don't think you're benefiting from it then there's no point in paying so much money (i know it can be so expensive! i paid to have therapy once a week for quite a while & it was a bit of a strain on my wallet but decided it was worth it).

talk to your doctor about it and see if he can give you contact details for anyone else in your area. it's important to have a relationship that works with your therapist.
