Nice hobbies, man. Sounds like you've got things spot on.
I'm fairly simple myself. I write, listen to music, play a bit of guitar, hang out with my kid nephew.

I'm not sure exactly what I do to distract myself. I think I just kinda keep going and not pay attention to it.
Now hobbies.....I have a few of those that are instant distraction if need be
Boating/fishing in the bay or ocean
Climbing any cool challenging rock face
Whatever the kids are up for
I'm also a secret agent ....like really secret

Damn I hate pain meds, if they don't have you doped up they get you wired up. Now I can't sleep Andy distraction from getting anxious is this forum.

Farm Heroes I played until it got impossible. AlphaBetty Saga is good as well.
I honestly have so many distractions it's downright stupid.
My big ones are:
Painting
Writing my sad little fantasy novel
Piano composition
The others, in no certain order
Fishing, as in dropping a line into any body of water and sitting all day until I burn to a crisp
Reading anything with print from novels to instruction manuals
Auto repair
Computer repair
Following the stock market
Following politics
Retro gaming
Cooking/baking
Researching things of interest
Macaroni art
Backmasking Popular music
Stargazing
Backyard metal (aluminum/ brass) forging
Cell phone photography
Google Earth vacations
Creating unusual plush toys
Listening to music
Playing games on my computer
Reading
Creating art and music

Games - any game that absorbs your attention so much that you haven't got time to think about anything else - driving/racing games used to work for me.
