Hello everyone,
I'm new here, I'm here because I want to talk to others who know what I'm going through.
I've been dealing with anxiety and depressed for almost two years now.
In 2013 my world changed, this anxiety came out of nowhere. Before all this happened I was shy but never got super anxious, I never had panic attacks, and I was never depressed. Since September of 2013, all that changed I was always scared, so anxious and having attacks. I didn't know what was wrong, I thought I was dying. I cried almost everyday for a year. Last summer I started to slowly get better. Since October of last year till maybe two months ago I've been great. Now I'm back to being anxious, scared and depressed everyday. I really hate it. I also experience a bunch of other symptoms and I'm pretty sure I have vertigo.
Hope to get to know some of you, if anyone needs someone to talk to, I'd love to be that someone.
