I can't sleep!

I keep jolting out of bed and keep waking my wife up. I'm scared I wont be able to sleep, I just took 2mg of ativan. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I wish I had any good suggestions but I am awake too. Sleep sucks :/ pin curling my hair seems to have made me far less stressed but somehow I think this might not work so well in your case :3.

I know the pain and I suffer with insomnia my whole long life. maybe you guys should listen this
