Tickly, tingly almost like itch sensation under my in different parts of my body!!!!

Hi,I've suffered from anxiety and panic attacks for about 20 years. As of the last 4 weeks. I have had severe anxiety. I've been getting these sensations which feels like it under my skin. It almost feels like it's a tickle,tingly, itchy type feeling (hard to explain) Like when you have a tickle in your chest or throat, like that. I have been getting it through my back like in my muscles, it radiates to the front, sometimes in my buttocks and legs. it just travels. Does anyone else get this????

I had those feelings in my arms whilst anxiety was at a really bad stage. And oddly enough, the only other place I would get them is in my ears. Not so much the itching but the tickling and tingling.

I know, i feel that there is always a new symptom when I go through bad patches of anxiety!!
