I've experienced some really bad panic attacks and they usually result from me feeling nasuea or any kind of pain. For some reason I cannot stand being nauseaous and especially if it's in public or around people. Does this make sense? I would much rather be at home sick than in public or at a hospital. Can anyone understand this?
