So here am I.. at 1:30 a.m.
I feel so desperate,hopeless, and scared.
I got a random panic attack
Havent had it in 4months..but now..BOOM there it comes again....
How can I get this over with..?
Should I just kill myself....
I don't know..help me please.....
Im too tired to live like this..
Couldnt breathe at all....Im crying..

It'll pass. just remember, it'll pass. you havent had one in a long time and i know while its happening it feels like it'll never end, but it will pass and you will be OK.
