Just want to introduce myself

I am a 40 y/o male with GAD. I've recently been through a divorce, some work issues, and several moves over the past couple years. I've always had anxiety problems but things got WAY out of hand; to the point of a nervous breakdown. I've been on medical leave from work for a month now - working on my second med and each day seems to be a little better than the last. I have tons more to tell and look forward to making some connections.
