I live in the south of the US, it's hot and HUMID May - September. I notice when I go outside and it's really humid this sets off panic. It's harder to breathe when it's humid so I think that I am going to have anxiety about having extra trouble breathing. Silly, but I've actually contemplated moving somewhere else due to this

Another thing is, I have developed extreme back problems. I've started to feel anxiety in my back and discomfort. When I do pop my back this actually helps with the physical of my anxiety issues some. But I constantly feel like my back needs to be popped back into place. I don't know which is causing which. My back causing anxiety or vice versa?

Leave because of the humidity?

How about stay because it is only anxiety?

Do you really think that if you move to Canada with the crisp northern breeze and no humidity that your anxiety will stoop?

Oooohhhh noooooo! anxiety will just infiltrate you in other ways. It's not the trigger to be concerned with, it's the anxiety itself

Deal with the anxiety and stay where you are and enjoy all that humidity
