Hello i am new my name is Sebastijan and i decided to make an account since i have anxiety and ocd
i get blood pressure and panic attacks very random even by rude comments as well i cant stop repeating things
sigh also i have very bad aniexity

I also have trouble with my bp going up when I have an attack, of if I take my bp and it's up it automatically puts me into an attack. I have been put on bp meds and then my family doctor took me off as he says my bp would be up because my on anxiety, not because of hypertension :)
I am just new to this forum and finding my way around it, I too suffer from some pretty bad anxiety, but I have found this forum is helping a lot :)
