Hello everyone

I am new here. Just made my account today. I found this site while researching panic attacks to get an understanding of what is happening to me. I am a 22 year old female diagnosed with depression, panic disorder with agoraphobia. I have social anxiety and separation anxiety. I haven't been on any medication for a couple years due to my fear of severe and/or uncomfortable side effects but I was prescribed buspar a couple days ago due to a panic attack that has lasted days. Today is day five so far. Up until this week I thought I had been doing pretty good when I panic attack hit me out of nowhere. And it hit me hard. That is what led me here. In just hoping to find some people who understand what I'm going through to talk to and possibly get my mind of my anxietY? I don't really know anyone personally who has to go through what I go through and if I do it's not nearly as severe. I'm hoping to find comfort and maybe even a friend or two from this site. I'm not really sure what else to say as this is just an introduction thread. Is like to thank everyone who takes the time to read this. Your comforting thoughts and words will be much appreciated. Thank you.

It's been a very rough week for me. I'm just waking up after a trip to the ER because I've been having bad panic attacks back to back since Wednesday..
