Hey everyone, I was just wondering if anyone here has quit smoking successfully and if so what method did you use?

I did. Here's how I did it.

1. Throw cigarettes away
2. Don't smoke again

I used a combination of vaping (e-cig) and a product called snus from Sweden.. If you're gonna go the vape route which I would recommend make sure you get yourself a good set up, not some cheap thing from the gas station.. If you do that quitting smoking is effortless.. and if you ever decide to give up the vaping you can lower the nicotine in the juice gradually down to none.

Day 30 for me and it's not been easy, went cold turkey. Been thinking about it a lot lately but i guess a 35 year habit ain't going to be easy to break.

Gypsy hates people that are quitters.

Especially if they are giving up those luscious nicotine sweet decadent burning sticks with a cotton filter

I quit smoking many years ago by just stopping cold turkey

After the beatings subsided, my wife and kids said they could hardly notice any change in my stress level
