My mom adds a lot of pressure in my life. she means very well and cares a lot but it ends up making me very anxious and feeling like I have no control over my life.

My mother caused 100% of my anxiety. I can see this now that I'm older and I'm taking care of her, so the roles are different. I don't know what to suggest though because I'm still trying to figure that out for myself. I'm thinking of seeing (yet another) counsellor to specifically talk about her and how to stop resenting her..
