Hi guys, just want to see if anyone else experiences eye floaters. Mine have increased in the last 6 months and even more so in the last 2 weeks

I have have been assessed by an eye specialist and they had described them as normal. But from what I have read they could be caused by other issues. I'm have tried my hardest not to look to much into it as it will only make me more anxious. I suppose what I want to know is If anyone else experience to a point where they become unbearable?

Also what possible causes they could be apart of?

I just don't understand how it could be normal. The extent I have. They swoosh around, they Re more lines rather than spots

First of all you must relax, we have muscles in our eyes, When you are stressed and staring at computer screen or staring at source of light you get it. I had a lot of them when I forgot about correct breathing. Now when I get them I relax my body, close my eyes for a moment to get a rest. I do it in work all the time. Guess what: it helps. If you worry so much about it, talk to your doc and maybe see a specialist. Good luck :)

Air bubbles are another thing, they form in the eye and move around, generally they will appear as black spots that move across your vision.. One other thing to remember is that once you reach an anxious state you notice more about yourself. In other words they've probably always been there but since you are now aware of them you see them more and more.. Everything will be fine, it's hard to trust a doctor I know but everything is ok with you.
