Head pain.😞

Hi,several times today I have had a feeling that the inside of my head is bleeding,it only lasted a minute but it really freaked me out.Just wondering if anyone else gets this or there might be something wrong?thanks.

That would be a scary sensation for me too! But I'm sure it is just your anxiety playing tricks on you. Is this the first time it has every happened?

How old are u? this sensation is often caused by changing in blood pressure
