Just discovered this forum and decided to join, because you never know when you'll need someone to talk to. I've even added it to my cell phone for easier access. :) Anyhow, my name is Anna. I would not say I have anxiety disorder, (at least I do not think so), but I do know I have had several attacks, though I have been learning to deal with it on my own sometimes, I do have my boyfriend for emotional support for the really bad ones.
When it first happened to me, I had no idea what was happening and I thought I was going crazy! Buy once I figured out what had happened and how many people actually have gone through it too, it gave me comfort to know I'm not alone.
