This is really strange.
I feel like my mind is calm like lake even though I'm at situations where there's a lot of excitement. I also don't feel "tingling" in my mind when I get criticized.
In other words, I don't get nervous at all. It's very dull.
It's unusual because after a nervous breakdown through a panic attack and constant severe anxiety and fear for 3 months, I feel this. I did some EFT and adrenal fatigue balancing supplements.
My thinking is completely intact but memory is very bad.
What's going on here? I feel comforted because I don't have any anxiety but at the same time I wonder what's going on.
Can nerves get overtired and just flat out? Is it because I've been so introspective about my anxiety?
