I've been having this problem lately, but more today. I will get very short dizzy spells. They last seconds. However, it scares me! I will also get lightheaded and that can last a few minutes. Sometimes I feel really out of it, too. Today I has a dizzy spell that last maybe a second while I was leaning back on the couch and watching TV. It scared me. I'm still feeling very slightly lightheaded and out of it a bit. This is really scaring me and I don't know if something is seriously wrong with me.
