Hello! I have always been an anxious person but this past year has been horrible. I have had a lot of stress and have not taken care of myself like I know I should, but the anxiety has been worse than it's ever been despite going through very difficult times in the past. It's actually better than it was a few months ago, but I was too stuck to be proactive about it so I'm working on addressing things now. My username is a line from Star Wars, my kids and husband are big fans, and it seemed fitting somehow. Thanks for letting me join!
