I have been taking klonopin (.125) and latuda (20 mg) for 3 weeks today, I feel better but just not 100% as of yet. My pdoc says that I could up the Latuda to 40 mg anytime now, but for the last 3 days about 11 am I get so sleepy I can't keep my eyes open or hold my head up. I take the .125 klonopin around 4 to 5 am and the Latuda at 8:15 every morning and .125 klonopin around 7 pm And by 9 I am out until about 4. Would it be the Latuda making me tired? Should I switch it to night time? Any advise would be appreciated. I should note I take a B complex sublingual with B12 at about 11:30 and after that I am feeling better. I also take 50000 iu of vitamin d once a week

Hi Lisa,

I googled Latuda and found it's an anti-psychotic. I haven't been on it obviously but I've been on Seroquel and Zyprexa. The anti-psychotics always make people tired I think and combined with Klonopin even more so. I would definitely take it at night rather than in the morning.

All the best,
Gypsy x

Hey Lisa,

How you feeling hun?
I have no clue! Menistration has put a halt in me feeling good, unfortunately I don't know if all these body aches are the Latuda or just all in all just a ruff "monthly"! I was feeling better until Saturday when I decided not to take the latuda, I was gonna switch it to night time and also had a migraine :( thanks for checking in! Hopefully in a few days I will be feeling better! Also my physatrist up and moved outta state so now I have to start all over again!
