Hello everyone.
Life has been rough lately, anxiety has creeped back into my life after a 4 year semi break. Haven't been having attacks yet, but I'm suffering from the constant worry, loss of sleep and tension pains that come from anxiety.
I'm basically a nervous wreck right now. But I have to keep on moving because I have a job and I want to keep it. It's a stressful job but simultaneously it takes my mind off my symptoms and worry.
Life has not been good last month or so. If it gets any worse, life will be unbearable.
Went to the ER last week because of dizziness and lightheaded symptoms. They did EKG , CT SCAN ,ETC. DR gave me 10 0.5mg pills of ativan. I have 3 pills left. My DR doesn't want to prescribe them to me.
Nights are hard.
