Does anyone know what is meant by protecting yourself when under attack? Much like modern day warfare, this is the way to maintain your internal life support and not let the dangerous ones, theives, gypsies or enery vampires etc. take it away (which is what they always try to do). Sound like psycho-babble? Maybe. Any help, web links or books are once again appreciated.
