Hello everyone, I'm a 19 year old girl and I have been very recently diagnosed with anxiety after weeks of having panic attacks at night. Everything went down for me, but reading the things you guys post in here really makes me feel a little better. It's good to know that you are not alone on this, that it's not some alien thing.
