Hi everyone!
I've had anxiety on and off most of my life, but it got particularly bad during my junior year of high school and freshman year of college. I usually have low levels on anxiety most of the time, but it gets pretty bad every now and then. I have lots of triggers that I can't avoid in my life, but whenever I start to freak out it helps me read about anxiety because it helps keep me grounded. I'm flying tomorrow morning and I've been having anxiety about it so I thought I'd look into a forum so I could find people who could hopefully support me and who I could relate to. I really have a hard time sleeping- my anxiety with sleeping is more like fear. For the past few nights as I fall asleep I jolt up in panic.
Anyways, I'm excited to get to make friends here and hopefully finding and giving support to my anxiety ridden brethren! :)
