Normal. Palpitations are normal. Everyone gets them.

Hi Charles:

Magnesium deficiency is one of the principal causes of heart flutter.
Take 200 mgs of chelated magnesium daily for a month to see what happens.

Thanks for your response guys! today I had two in the space of 15 minutes that got me worried. It feels different to a normal palpitation that have had in the past I'm used a sudden jolt or pain that last a second in my left side not a flutter in the centre.
