Thankful for this forum

I just wanted to say that I am so thankful for this forum. It makes me feel so much better to be able to connect with other people who feel the same way I'm feeling. I'm sure everybody can agree.

I just started dealing with anxiety and panic attacks a few months ago. Its really hard sometimes but I'm learning how to cope. After my last trip to the ER they finally prescribed me Lorazepam which I've only had to take once so far. It worked REALLY GOOD.

I'm getting married in a couple months and I have SO MANY stupid things popping into my head its unreal. Stuff like "what if something goes wrong", "what if one of us DIES", "what if it doesn't work out", etc. It sucks. You know what I mean? GRR! :oops:
