Hey, I'm studying to become a school psychologist. However, we do an internship and my professors held me back because they didn't think I was ready bc I couldn't speak in front of people. It makes me frustrated because I still don't feel ready bc the thought of presenting to parents, speaking on the phone etc terrifies me.

Practice makes perfect. Expose yourself to what makes you most anxious to empower yourself and weaken the grip anxiety has over such situations. It won't be easy, but you know it'll be worth it, right?
