Neck is tight , I just took Muscle Relaxant.

Now just awaiting it to take effect and help the sides of my carotid arteries to loosen up a bit so I don't feel like passing out from neck tension. I think 1 could die from this problem if the tension on my neck and veins was too tight.....

Do you have a condition causing this, or is it a result of repetitive movement. If you are deemed healthy to do so, try some yoga. It has done wonders for the tension in my muscles. I wish I could do some at the moment, but I got such a nasty cold today lol.
