chest and arm pain ache or burning

Heya everyone first of all thankyou for answering my last post it was nice to hear some words of comfort from people who gave been there and are there now xxx I wondered if anyone would mind answering a quick query hss anyone else ever had a tightening chest pain that feels like uou cant breath with a burning in centre back and arm discomfort sort of an ache.. please tell me this is anxiety related (allthough I am still here so chances are its likely)

I am terrified its a heart attack or the pre curser to one

If you have been checked out recently and no issues, you should be good.

If it is something that you have never experienced before, getting checked out by a doc is probably a good idea

And I would agree, since you're still here, doubt anything major going on
