hello every1,... 1st time here & not sure wot im doing!!!!! ive suffered with anxiety & depression on & off 4 bout 7 yrs....recently got a lot worse!!! recently lost job because of this...and scared 2 go bck 2 work...altho i really want 2!!! this problem stops me from living my life in a lot of ways & wud luv 2 talk 2 anyone else with similar problems...sometimes things dont seem so bad when u realise u r not the only one!!!!!! xxxx
