Scalp is going to have scabs because of too much scratching.

I had an obsession of scratching my scalp to get my trapped oil glands out. When I was scratching a lot I saw blood on my nail. I rushed to the bathroom and washed the bleeding with water then I rubbed the scar with alcoholic medical wipes and my head felt like it was on fire when I did that. My scalp is going to have scabs and I can't obviously put a bandage on it but at least it won't get infected. Anything to do to prevent getting scabs? If nothing, how do I get rid of the scabs? Someone please reply? Thx.
