Found another interesting article on depression that talks about the possibility of inflammation in the body causing depression. Linkage http://www.theguardian.com/lifeandstyle/2015/jan/04/depression-allergic-reaction-inflammation-immune-system

The (chronic) depressive state (despondency) inflames the body. And so the body continually seeks to rejuvenate and heal itself, often despite the mind and its will (showing you the true nature of consciousness, as it directs its atoms and molecules. Its nature is always toward optimum health, regulating errant thought).

The article (as expected given current 'science') has it back to front then. Because it is so distorted and far from the 'truth', natures secrets and magical abilities (latent in you) remain a mystery. And illness (of every variety) continues to plague mankind.

Yea, thanks. I get the context for the most part and enjoyed the read. I really like how when people harp on the stigma how it just makes it worse and also, how if people just accepted being depressed as part of a normal cycle that comes and goes throughout whatever period --- or just accepted that it for whatever; then perhaps there would be less of it. The inflammation part is interesting, however I feel something is not quite right with the take on mind and body ... as the two are always intertwined and the last claim appears to separate them.

Not really sure ... but I got a lot our of that.

Thank you Superchick.
