I haven't posted in forums since many years ago, but I felt the need to talk with people that could understand what I am feeling.

I am a 26 years old male, and I have anxiety issues. I am here to share my story and also help anyone if I can :)

I will be making an appointment with a doctor soon because last night I had a terrible anxiety attack, I though I was going crazy or insane.
