Hello everyone.
I have to say I'd never thought I'd end up here. I had several panic attacks about 9 years ago after my dad passed suddenly. They didn't last long and it went away on its own. But here I am, after my own surgery, my mom making several trips in and out of the hospital (one visit she nearly died in front of my eyes, and her finally deciding to stop dialysis and passing away, and my job letting me go a month later.. The last couple months have been a blur and i was so detached. I've started these debilitating panic attacks which now spiraled into agoraphobia.
I hope to find plenty of support here and in return I hope to be of support to someone else.
