It is important to get out of the house everyday. Even if it feels scary.
I feel it helps me, even if it's just for a brief moment.
Anxious people get too wrapped up in their own thoughts.
Going outside or for a drive, etc. can help people feel less alone.

This is true, even if you force yourself to go out, it's good to get some fresh air.

For sure. Even a trip to the store has snapped me out of my own dark bubble. Switch up the perceptions and get fresh air.
