Hi everyone my name is Natalie.
I am a long time anxiety sufferer and also suffer from PTSD due to a volatile upbringing.
I've sought out this site in the hopes that i can learn to better manage myself in situations that aggravate my symptoms and get a greater hold over my current mood.
