Katie_lyla"]Hey my names katie im18 years old from england.. I have joined this as im a very shy girl and I find it hard to open up to people that I know. I think that I am suffering from anxiety/depression because I know alot about the disorders. I would like to be able to talk to someone who totally understands what I am feeling. I have been feeling very down for a while now but I dont want to see a doctor as I dont believe they help you as they havent helped my mom at all and im starting to stuggle to remain strong as I have always been the rock for my family and friends. Would appreciate if someone could give me a bit of advice as I really dont know what to do?
