New here question about adding new meds.

I am currently taking remeron for panic disorder, take 15 mg at night and 15 in morning. today Luvox was added for OCD and tomorrow I would now take 50 mg of luvox in the morning and 15 remeron at night. I have never taken more than one med at a time and im scared. Just wanted to know if anyone else has tried the combo..Please no horror stories, im one of those people who will end up getting scared and flushing the pills. lol... thanks for any info...basically asking is it safe to take more than one med at a time.....

I've never used Luvox and Remeron but I have taken more than one med at a time. I just started taking two meds at the same time late last week actually. I've been taking 60mg of Cymbalta for anxiety and depression and Buspar was added 10mg three times a day late last week. I'm pretty sure your doc wouldn't have prescribed them together if it was unsafe.
