Hello everyone, I am glad to find a forum site like this. Anxiety is a hugeeeeeeeee problem in my life & it has been for a while. I am diagnosed as Bipolar & Panic disorder.. I quit my meds a while ago but I am now planning to go back on them when I get my Psych appointment. *sigh. I was hoping I could find a way to function mostly normal without them but now it has been a year later and I decided it's best for me to go back on them. I am looking forward to spending some time here! I hope we all get better soon. Anxiety is such a horrid thing to deal with, and nobody knows it but us.

Bipolar and panic, eh? That sounds like a tough combo to deal with. I'm glad you're going to get on meds if you think you need to. Some people wait soooo long to do so. They waste so much life. Not that everybody needs to, but I know I personally waited 3 years, let my whole world fall apart before giving the little pills another go. I probably knew from week 1 I needed to be on them too.

Anyway, I hope you do indeed stick around. What kind of anxiety do you get?

Hello Jesse, how are you? :) Yes, I have been having a very tough time dealing. I knew a while ago I should go back on medication but have not made the actual decision to do so until now. I feel like I have literal anxiety about everything these days. From calling people, shopping.. going anywhere. lol, it is so ridiculous really. My brain knows what to do, what to say, how to act BUT I PANIC. It really sucks. I wasted a good bit of my time as well & it's hard facing it really. I feel so ashamed of myself sometimes. I am from the East Coast of the USA. I would love to move somewhere to the midwest though, lol. I don't fit in with people here. :P I wish I lived on a farm, haha. My name is Hebrew by the way, it means Lion of God. :) Thank you for replying. <33

Hi Ariella, welcome to the forum and yes that is a nice name. Just letting you know i live on a small farm in the Midwest and we grow anxiety here too:) Good luck and take a look around as there are some really good folks on here.

Hello John! :) Thank you so much. haha & you're so lucky.. :P I LOVE Farms, I used to live on one myself for 3 years here in Maryland, one of the last few here. My great grandmother owned a dairy farm in PA, and my grandfather on my dads side had his own little thing too. I just feel God on the farm.;) I feel at peace and tranquil there. *sigh. Hopefully I can get that feeling back some day. Thanks for your kind wishes!! xo
