hi all ive got a very slightly swollen cheek which i appear to have a ulcer on the inside it doesnt look swollen ive asked parents/girlfriend etc and they are sure its not swollen but it feels it,also theres slight swelling under my eye my girlfriend thinks its a stye as she can see the head, im so worried i have a abscess in my mouth and it could go to my brain, i feel ok no pain at all gums look ok and no lumps or bumps in mouth other than a ulcer on the inside of my cheek, im just worried and looking for help/reassurance i do have health anxiety and my family think im being a proper hypochondriac, thanks in advance, andy
