I've been struggling with social panic attacks as well as agoraphobia for some time now, probably about 6 years now. I've never actually turned anywhere for help, except for some large doses of vitamins to pump me up. It's been kind of worse than ever now. I'm 22 and working on a publication and the pressure I suppose is catching up on me... like a lot. I've been refusing dates, going out and what not. I don't really like the idea of getting some strong drugs for this, even though I've heard of a few products out there that can really help you with regular consumption. My question is: what would you recommend for me to try out as alternative solutions? I've tried going to the gym, but never got me too far. Heard meditation helped, but have never tried it. I'd try anything at this point, to be honest.
