I instantly get so upset when I hear people chew. I get so disgusted to the core and I feel so bad because I think some people can't help it. I get anxiety from it and it doesn't make sense to me. Why does it make me so upset? Why am I repulsed by it? It's making me cringe just typing this but I've always wondered why I feel so strongly about it.

Chewing with there mouths open too and making
Slopping noises, cutlery sliding across plates makes me angry too,
I've always thought it just annoys me because I pick up on it and I feel bad because I've
