I absolutely hate seeing people I knew from high school in public. All I remember is how judgmental everyone was and probably still are. I get so nervous when anyone approaches me and wants to have a conversation. I wish I could just feel normal again

It's normal to feel like that. I feel exactly the same sometimes. Easier said than done like, but to hell with what other people think.
