It's 3 14 am and I can't sleep. My heart is beating so fast and I just keep thinking and thinking..I hate all the negative thoughts I have in my head, they just won't go away. I feel like an angel on one shoulder and devil on the other. Some days I'm hopeful and others im extremely doubtful and just want to curl up in a ball and never speak to anyone. Pushing thru is so hard..
