Having a panic attack

Hi sorry if I'm posting in the wrong place here. I'm having a panic attack right now and it has lasted 3 hours now and I can't sleep I'm so tired because of this which is making this worse. I don't even no why I'm having this panic attack I just woke up in a panic.
