The holiday season brings my feelings of anxiety more intense and the other emotion triggers too like feeling lonely for most my family has passed away, and feeling frustrated that my closest friends also left me and never even sent me a holiday card or said boo or bah...I'm not the Scrooge or something.....I am like "Girl Interrupted, and She's come undone." All in 1.....Perhaps I'll go tide pooling too, soon , over the holidays.....I'm an Expert floater and tide pooler, and kicker too.....
