Definitely sounds like a symptom of anxiety. Sometimes I wake up and can't go back to sleep because my thoughts get the best of me. Negative thoughts can be quite disruptive.

Hey Charles,
I went through this for like 2 months.....it was a pain in the but...... I do associate it with my Panic attacks, then anxiety it was just a looping effect. But I eventually got past it. It was tough but in reality....it was all in my head.

Yep, I get a lot of negative thoughts. Not helpful when you have anxiety, is it? Like a viscous circle.

But you get out of that circle. Remember it's in YOUR mind, your are in control, and your mindset can change more than you can imagine!

Keep yourself occupied, excessive, and make sure you have something to work towards, or something to look forward to.

Best wishes
