Hello everyone my name is Josh. I am 26 years old and have been suffering from social anxiety so that's why i have joined. I hope to meet some new friends off of this forum who can help me in any possible way and get me back on my feet. Thank you.

You're certainly not alone. In fact I bet if you were to do a poll of 100 people to find volunteers to stand up and give a speech to 100 people you'd have virtually no takers - even from those who aren't as brave as you with the cojones to stand up here and say you have a problem.

Look forward to seeing you around. Do share the situations you find difficult, and I'm sure there will be others who have suggestions for dealing with those specific triggers.
